What is your return policy?
Hey there, fellow collector! We totally get it, sealed product in the TCG industry is like a mystery box waiting to be opened. And just like a mystery box, once it's opened, there's no going back.
That's why, unfortunately, we can't offer returns on our TCG products. But hey, don't fret! We'll do everything in our power to make it right if your order arrives damaged or not as described. We're not just here to catch 'em all, we're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase too.
Remember, we're all about quality here at B&A Kids Collectibles. That's why every single card or product you buy from us is treated like a precious gem. We carefully package them, so they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. We want you to feel like you've just caught a shiny Pokémon every time you open your package.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Hey there, fellow collector! We've got some news for you, and it's not the kind you'll be doing a happy dance about. Unfortunately, once your order has taken flight and left our nest, we won't be able to cancel it. It's like trying to catch a Zapdos with a regular Poké Ball - it's just not gonna happen.
Now, let's talk about cancellations before your order takes flight. If you need to cancel your order before we send it off on its Pokémon journey, we can make it happen. However, there's a little something we need to mention - a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we're charged when the initial transaction is made. It's like a small tribute we have to pay to the Pokémon League for the privilege of doing business.
So, if you decide to cancel your order just keep in mind that we'll have to deduct this 3% cancellation fee from your refunded amount. We know it's not ideal, but hey, life isn't always a walk in the Viridian Forest.
